SAN FRANCISCO (Map, News) - The author of "Great Escapes Northern California" will sign copies of her book at 1 p.m.
Saturday at Border's Union Square, 400 Post St., San Francisco.
After earning her journalism degree from San Jose State University, author and Pacifica native Laura Del Rosso hit the pavement running as a general assignment reporter at weekly and daily newspapers in Northern California.
For the adventurous soul who loves to travel but is disillusioned about its escalating cost, Laura Del Rosso's book "Great Escapes: Northern California" is the book that should be on your bookshelf.
